PaleoBarefoots^® are the most consistent implementation of so called "barefoot shoes", and the only barefoot shoes which can truly own that name. Paleos^® provide the purest Barefoot Feeling and the most reliable Foot Protection (though you won't suffer the cuts and scrapes that otherwise might result) ever - no more and no less!

Take your time, your feet will adjust! Remember that sharp gravel and pointy stones may cause some pain with the Paleos^®, just as if you were completely barefoot . On the other hand, tideland, meadows, marshes, soil, sand, forest floor, beaches and waters will feel incredibly beautiful, invigorating and pleasant.

What you can expect from the Paleos^® initially is really dependent on the condition of your feet (what they have experienced so far)! If they were rarely allowed to experience nature, then take your time, but free them now and only go! If they're used to it and your soles and skin are tougher, then go hike! If your feet are strong and experienced in barefoot conditions, run!
