Payment options in the Online Store

The prices listed in the online shop are final prices and include all price components, including any applicable taxes. However, in cross-border delivery in individual cases additional taxes (eg in case of an intra-Community acquisition) and / or charges (eg customs duties) may have to be paid by the customers.

Unless in a particular case otherwise agreed, the listed prices idicated in the online shop include packaging, freight, postage and insurance. For the customer, there are no additional shipping costs to pay as what are indicated during your purchase.

Depending on the country you live, the following payment methods are available: advance payment, bank transfer, direct debit, invoice (after the 5th order), PayPal, credit card (Visa and MasterCard). Least available for international and intercontinental payments are PayPal and credit card (Visa and MasterCard). The cardholder will be charged after the sale process is completed.

We use multiple layers of security to help protect transaction information. Transmission of information over the Internet during registration is executed using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to help protect user information against unauthorised access from third parties, loss and fraud. Personal information is transferred over the Internet for registration and law-enforcement purposes. In such cases, advanced forms of encryption technologies are used to help protect against unauthorised access. Financial information is not stored on the Internet. Financial information, e.g. credit/debit card numbers or bank accounts, are not shared between buyers and sellers, thus protecting both parties.

Note regarding payments with credit card: In some cases cross border payments may not be possible with your particular credit card. Some payment providers require you to have your account authorized for international and intercontinental credit card payments. If this is not done the payment process can not be completed. We have had the most successful payment processing across borders using PayPal (if available), and this is our preferred method of payment.
