I'm a twenty something year old in college in Massachusetts. I like walking around in the woods in the park near my school campus. The other day was the first day I had an abundance of free time PLUS the weather was gorgeous. I put my Paleos Barefoots on and took my new dog out to the park and we walked, jogged, played in the river, splashed through the streams and in general had oodles of fun. We spent 3 hours together in the bright sunshine and the whole time I was enjoying the feeling of wandering around in the forest without shoes. But of course I had shoes on!

It was a spectacular sensation. I'll admit I was worried that the shoes were not going to be comfortable, but man was I wrong. I had no trouble at all forgetting that I was wearing them. I am so happy I bought these shoes. My puppy and I got wet and muddy; we chased after frogs and ducks; we went home exhausted, but it was our best day together. And the joy of feeling like I was barefoot added to the day and made the whole experience one awesome adventure. LeeAnne

At first I was wondering how comfortable the Delindas would be, specially on the uphills/downhills and on rocks. Some friends really were curious about the "metal shoes". As soon as I walked onto the mountain path I realised how fantastic they are, very comfortable, I could feel the ground with all its softness and moisture.

We went up and down the mountain and the fit of the Delindas was just perfect, not slippery and not hard on the skin. It was very pleasant to put my feet in the mountain stream and feel the coldness of the water, everyone around me was just wishing to do the same!

Playing in the mud was also fun. The great part is that the Delindas get clean very quickly, even if there is some mud after some steps everything gets loose again and the Delindas are still as comfortable.

I have a great time with these "shoes" and everyone around me is charmed. The cleaning of the Delindas is so simple: a quick rinse of water and the shoes are spic and span, ready for a next walk.

The GoSt-Barefoots are incredible footwear! Anyone who wants to feel the ground, whether in the woods, on the beach, or on a trail, will love the sensation of these innovative shoes. Plus they look good (and get lots of looks :-)
Also it's true that at home they conserve heat like wearing a pair of socks. Really an amazing product.

We have all heard the saying, well in this case, seeing just isn't enough. You have to really try the shoes to believe how well they actually work! First off, the measurements, make sure you get it right, if you do, you will have a shoe that fits so snugly around your foot you simply WILL NOT believe you are wearing metal on your feet. They are as comfy as any pair of slippers I've ever owned but also provide that tingly sensation when you wiggle your toes, great!

The first time I wore the DELINDA's was for a cool down jog following an interval session on grass. I couldn't believe the difference between these shoes and the other leading brands minimalist footwear I had been doing the efforts in, after 2 mins of having the DELINDA's on I felt like I must've been running my efforts in clogs! Yes it was a bit chilly for the first few minutes on wet, muddy grass, but genuinely (and I've tested them in Novemeber in the pennines) after 5 minutes you get over the chill and start to feel so much more in contact with the environment and your surroundings.

From a technical perspective, the fit is great, the grip on grass and soft ground as good as anything else and the lacing system easy to use, secure and robust. Wear and tear is almost null and void providing you take the appropriat care measures after a walk or run.
Like I say, try them, you might not wear them on every run, but you will want to! (Posted on 1/14/13)

Fantastic shoes. Was very interested in a pair for nature walks and they did not disappoint! It is really like walking barefoot but with some protection.

I love DELINDA! I’d recommend these for everyone as a supplement on natural terrain. I Think they look great so you won’t have to worry about not being stylish! They are more on the supportive side so they make a unique minimal shoe to break in and get your "feet wet" so to speak.

Bottom line, the Delindas are extremly supportive, let you feel everything below absolutely unfiltered and are different to anything you know!

I was very excited to receive this box, after the US customs took so long in letting it out! It only got better as I saw the beautifully presented packaging inside. I was very impressed, clearly this has been well thought out, and the shoes fitted to their pretty feet was a very nice touch. First impressions count, so - so far, so good!

The fabric is rougher than you will be used to in a shoe, but it's surprisingly soft once they are on. I've been wearing the shoes around the house, they feel great on carpet, it's odd, but they are very warm - I'm used to being completely barefoot, but it's like wearing warm socks, although you can feel everything like the plush of the carpet - that's quite a strange sensation, but quite pleasant.
I can attest to the fact that they are quite slippery on marble, but actually, you kind of get used to it - a few times I've forgotten I was wearing them, and stepped onto the marble tile in my hallway.

I think it will be important to wear them for a while each day for a few days before I try to use them outside - I'm finding them more comfortable already (it's my second day with them), so maybe in 2-3 days I'll go outside with them.

I was very rarely and only at home barefoot. I have DELINDA now for a few months and would not want to live without them. First, they should be for a beach holiday only, where they had already been proved fantastic. But then I experienced that they also in our nearby forest worked perfect to me. The more varied the ground the better. Each muddy puddle was great fun! The only drawback are smooth floors at home. But for that they are not made​​ and recommended. Otherwise I even would wear them there.

For about 4 weeks I have DELINDA now and I am still very excited about them.

I live in Recife, Brazil, and always run the same route. It leads a small part along the beach but mainly on loamy and sandy soils on land. It's a wonderful feeling after the part of my trail over land to run into in the waves on the beach. Extraordenary experience to cool the feet in the waves without having to remove the shoes first. I can only recommend the PaleoBarefoots to anyone.
